To bridge the gap between “learning” and “earning,” we moved away from passive educational messaging toward an active, empowering call to action that positioned Google and learners as equal partners, while drawing a clear line between getting a Certificate and getting a job.

With a strong campaign platform in hand, we traveled across the country to capture. Real Stories: Video testimonials and photography of graduates who transformed their lives. Real Experts: Interviews with the Google instructors that humanized the program and demonstrated the passion behind the curriculum.

We developed a vibrant, modular design system that mirrored the learning process itself. Using bold typography, snappy motion graphics, and distinct pops of color, we visualized the step-by-step nature of the certificates—illustrating how small, consistent actions build a job-ready foundation.

COPYWRITING : TALKING THE TALK
We adopted a friendly, supportive tone that gave video scripts and static layouts a “we’re in your corner” attitude. A balanced mixture of crafted copy and learner and instructor quotes helped us dial in messaging and dial up authenticity.
