Rapid Brand Prototyping is our proprietary approach to quickly creating a lean and effective starting point for your teams to define, deploy, test and refine a set of guidelines to inform the evolution of your brand.
WHAT DRIVES OUR APPROACH?
Typical brand evolution projects with a traditional agency take too much time and yield results that aren't actionable in the real world. With RBP, we move quickly from hypothetical to real content, pressure-testing and refining a workable set of guidelines that sets you up for a deeper dive in any specific content areas or a more extensive branding evolution.
Working directly with clients in focused, collaborative sprints removes the friction and weight from traditional drawn-out decision-making processes. Check-ins happen bi-weekly to insure our teams are moving in lock step.
We provide and facilitate activities to prompt interaction and generate quick answers by design.
These exercises allow us to very quickly narrow focus from “everything is possible” to “yes, this totally feels like us.”
TEST & ADAPT
Creating baseline standards provides a foundation to start solving problems and pushing work out into the world immediately.
Since we make all our work in our studio, we can quickly apply new developments to content across any medium.
Test real content on your audience, then learn and adapt both the guidelines and content quickly. This approach represents a shift from perfection to learning, from governance to guidance, from brittleness to evolution, and from hypothetical to real.
After partnering on a successful IPO film, we were tasked to reimagine, develop and launch the Livongo brand. Through our Rapid Brand Prototype exercise, we developed a brand strategy, design and campaign toolkit. Livongo was acquired shortly after this exercise. Our partnership with Vertex started with a national TV campaign. That quickly led to a successful Rapid Brand Prototype project. Currently we are taking the reimagined brand and extending it to social media, website design, and additional campaigns.

For over 3 years, we’ve been partnering with Alkami to build both brand and content. We met during the beginning stages of their IPO, and helped them shape their story into a compelling and hugely successful public offering and roadshow film. That quickly led to our next assignment, an RBP exercise that included a full naming strategy and architecture. We’re currently shaping various marketing projects with event and product work in development.
