WALK THE GAP INC. TALK
When new Gap Inc. CEO, Sonia Syngal came on at the height of the pandemic and during a concerned retail industry, she wanted to unite both external and internal audiences with shared “Words to Live By” as they navigated this new time together.
This video introduced their new mission to their 14,000 employee base as well as outside stakeholders through a “cultural operating system.” It served to align everyone from the junior store associate on the floor at Athleta to a senior product manager at Banana Republic through a unifying message to carry through day after day.
