Phil Spitler. As Bonfire's Associate Creative Director, Phil's ability to collaborate with the team and help to develop the creative vision as well as the technical path is vital to the strength of Bonfire. Spitler hit the streets of San Francisco In 2003, as a hired gun he soon became a key player in the ad agencies, post houses and production companies of the city. By 2007 the Bonfire team decided they wanted to have exclusive access to him and pulled him off the streets and into the family. Spitler began his career at age 17 when he started work at the largest integrated media company outside London. At 19 he was the lead 3d animator at the agency. At 21 he split from the agency to form Keyframe, the North of England's leading Motion Graphics and visual effects company, where he was both lead animator and technical director.
